Pet loss grief support
If you're grieving a pet and need someone who truly understands — I'm here.
Losing a pet is deeply personal. The grief can be overwhelming — whether you are preparing for a loss, facing it right now, or still carrying it months or years later. And it often comes with feelings others around you don't quite understand.
This is a space where you can talk openly, without judgment. You can share memories, process what you're feeling, and honour the bond you had with your animal.
I've been through this myself. After losing my shepherd Zelda, I found real relief in counselling — and that experience is part of why I do this work. I know how isolating grief can feel, and I want you to find that same sense of being truly understood.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it doesn't always look the same. But relief is possible, and you deserve support that sees the full depth of what you've lost.
